Guys, just a quick question, is Old Ben taunt through Fracture intentional or a bug..??

Seems wierd....fracture prevents buffs but taunt happens.
Fulcrum supposed to cleanse any debuffs but fracture sticks.
It makes no sense to me!
Seems like it's WAI at this point
