Old Ben Taunt through Fracture Intentional..?

If it is intentional, it needs to be changed, because it is not consistent with other cases. Other tanks such as Baze and GK who don't need to use abilities to gain taunt will not gain their taunts even if the conditions for them to get it are met.

If this truly is intentional, it's a terrible way of countering Thrawn. Breaking previously established rules just to knock Thrawn out of the meta is ridiculous.
