Old Ben Taunt through Fracture Intentional..?
Guys, just a quick question, is Old Ben taunt through Fracture intentional or a bug..??

It's not breaking the rules. Ben's taunt comes back immediately after it expires. Then fracture is applied. Other tanks are stuck with fracture and then their taunt conditions are met and the buff is blocked by fracture. I don't see any issue with the order of operations here.
