Omega fugitive’s Omni not working properly.

This is only while in 3v3 Grand Arena. I’m finding her Omni is not working correctly. I mainly use new Bad Batch to fight Reva squads in GA. 5v5 I have no issues. Reva dies once and stays dead (even with hatred), perfect. In 3v3 Reva comes back to life twice which puts me at a disadvantage. 

For reference Omega fugitive’s Omni for “Learn by Watching” starts with “While in Grand Arenas if there are no Galactic Legends and all allies are Bad Batch”. I’m using her correctly by fighting Reva (not a GL) and I’m also pairing Omega with Crosshair and Wrecker Merc (all bad batch tags). Omega’s Omni also states “…enemies they defeat can’t be revived…”. Is there something I’m missing in 3v3 GA only that Reva comes back to life?

Does CG also know about this issue of an Omni not working properly?
