I earn omegas at much better rate than zetas. In the time it takes me to earn 20 zetas I usually earn somewhere between 30-35 omegas. Omegas are only a problem if you are trying to max every ability as quickly as possible. Prioritize them on characters you use primarily.
In 4 days I have earned 9 Zeta mats & 4 Omegas.
