They’re a recent level 85 player with only one g12/lvl85 toon, so it’s not that’s surprising.
They just need to realize there’s no shortcut besides spending tons of money, it’s going to take time to build the teams to develop a good resource economy.

Challenge is the best way to get 2, and I am a little bit surprised you get 0-1
It is not that hard to get to t8 where you get 2...
Cantina I get maybe 1 per month if that was a lucky month :D
And I have feeling that is you cannot get t8 on GC then hard conquest mode won't be good place to look for omi
