Omicron/Zeta fix excluded

Per the development tracker, Ticket # 110534, the fix for the "Available Omicron upgrades remove the Zeta upgrade indicator in the character inventory and pre-battle screen" is ready to release.

Yet it was not included in today's update. Please justify this exclusion.
