One Abilty to completely fix Vader.

Reflect - Darth Vader has a 40% chance to reflect the blaster shot back at the attacker. The reflected shot deals 35% less damage. Additionally, If the reflect is a critical deal one damage over time.

I definitely think jedi need this too. The problem is, attacks are split into physical and special damage, not physical, blaster, explosive and saber damage.
