One Abilty to completely fix Vader.

That would be way too complicated because of the animations already in the game.

If we are basing this off reality (?), then lightsabers should 1-shot everyone

I have a 7* completely maxed Vader (g11, etc.). If it's the end of an arena battle and it's him versus any other single toon, he get clobbered. Plain and simple.

Now, I think the OP's suggestion might be a bit over-powered, but anything that makes Vader better in one-on-one situations would really help the iconic character of the game shine.

I definitely think jedi need this too. The problem is, attacks are split into physical and special damage, not physical, blaster, explosive and saber damage.

+1 He needs some new skills like this to make him funnier to play
