Order 66 Bad Batch

I understand that with larger factions you can have squads that can't max the raid tier that their relics qualify them for. I get it. The goal there is to 7* and relic the best toons from that faction. 

And I understand that BB has 10 members. If they were all eligible for the raid, then having nuBB perform well and oldBB perform poorly would be fine. 

But this is the new faction that they're pushing and OG BB aren't even eligible. There is no sub-par team comp because there are only 5 toons. It's one team. They're either capable or they aren't. 

And even with that it would be okay for them to underperform if they were some old squad like Jawas or even a mix of really old and later era but still old toons, like the Tuskens. 

But this is the new featured squad. The DS clones aren't a squad on their own. They rely on Tarkin in the raid and LV outside of it. Jedi Vanguard aren't a squad on their own, but Kelleran Beq + one new toon (Jocasta Nu) crushes it. 

Why in the world would they take the only new squad, with only five eligible characters in the faction, and give them a modifier that doesn't allow them to complete the raid at the difficulty tier intended for their relics? We're supposed to take 5 toons to r9 to get r7 or r5 rewards? 

Please. 

If the toons can't perform, that's because CG's modifier is badly crafted. Get it together, CG.
