Order 66 to hard at Tier 0
Why have a requirement level to do the raid..its so overtuned..you work hard to relic character to do the raid, and they get smash, even at the tier 0, its like false advertising, please fix your game CG.

The new bad batch can max score tier 0 at 5*, gear level 9, with absolutely no zetas. Just saying
