Out of my last 40 battles for Mk 3 Cuff salvage... I've gotten 3.

Out of my last 40 battles for Mk 3 Cuff salvage... I've gotten 3. Drop rates, the worst they are.

I beat my head against a wall. Seems to work.
Farming Chirpa and went 0/15 tries today so maybe I'll take that back.
