First off...really good discussion thread.
I generally think that Rey is a just on the OP side of the "balance" zone. Not too bad mind you...as noted above if TM is on your side or you happen to have a deep enough roster you can deal with her.
HOWEVER, what I see is RG, Daka, ST Han, and Rey...and some other random character (usually Dooku in the lead or QGJ / GS as extra dmg) in the top 30 on my server almost as a matter of course. The tanks do their job well and Daka revives three characters at once. My issue is Rey one shotting characters and I literally can't get to her to stop it.
As someone noted above you have to account for the team & Dooku lead (or some other defensive combo) with Rey's foresite is very difficult for a larger percentage of the player base I suspect.
Honestly...I would just like her dmg toned done a little bit. She is very fast and I would assume that would have led to a decrease in her raw damage. I also think if the conditions are set she should deal massive damage...just not right out of the gate.
