Palp stuns Rey through foresight...

Some status effects can be dodged from foresight like old ben's special. But Rey can't dodge sun facs crit chance down with foresight, although she won't take damage. I suspect it matters on the wording of the attack. If the damage goes first it removes the foresight and then the status effect is applied. But not entirely sure.
