Palpatine is broken
Guaranteed to stun at least 3/4 of your squad if he gets to attack. Absolutely overpowered leader ability. Can basically solo 100-0 your team. How is this balanced even a little?

according to the meta report on swgoh.gg, palpatine is only used in 28% of the teams in the top100 (that includes top10 and #1 aswell)
This is just an indication ofcourse, it doesn't show how much palpatine is used outside of the top100, or by players who don't have their account synced with swgoh.gg.
Well the one issue with using that metric is that he's not farmable. A lot of people aren't using him that otherwise would because they didn't have a good rebel team ready for his first event
