Palpatine is broken
Guaranteed to stun at least 3/4 of your squad if he gets to attack. Absolutely overpowered leader ability. Can basically solo 100-0 your team. How is this balanced even a little?

Hmm well, maybe it was a little overstimate ;) I'm often between 25 & 50 and I can tell you that I face him VERY often, and it's very frustrating to win or loose on a coin flip "Who's going to be stun". But again it's the same against Wiggs and the question "Who's going to die on turn one?" :p
