I have been running Old Ben for 2++ months solid. I don't think that's the issue. He didn't land much until he got a potency plus sign mod. Now he is landing consistently. I wanted to get away from old Ben. I was the second guy on my shard to start using him. So here we are now and my shard has about 75% of the top 20 using him,

I thought surely palp will break every old Ben team there is. How can he not? If you take away 32% potency ther is no way old Ben lands 2 debuffs on 5 characters. It's just not possible,
