Pay for rework characters?

Asking for fan favorite character reworks seems like Oliver Twist begging the overseer for more gruel.

Most of us understand Macroeconomic Principles and it’s about $$. So how about sell reworked kits for characters. We get our mace, GG and other woefully weak characters reworked and you get money. Everyone wins!

Does this set a dangerous precedent? Maybe. Would love to see some diversity in the meta, not just the lastest shiny character that does it all.
