Percent health secondaries are ridiculous

Everything in title: if you hit twice on health percentage you can have 2% which is for the best tank equal to 500 health...
  • Yh all secondaries bar speed need a MAJOR boost. Tenacity needs to increase by x10 across the board as there is hardly any need for it as most toons are potency monsters.
    Health definetly needs a major boost too, would say x10 too.
    Protection % seems fine atm (could be doubled or so across secodnaries). Flat protection needs a major boost (x5)
    All other stats like offense and defence and even crit chance could do with big boosts.

    This is widely needed to offset speed secodnaries as there is hardly ever any need to use completed mod sets with other good secondaries if the speed ain't there
  • Don't you remember they were that way at the beggining and all the cries and shouts and nerfs?
  • What I mean is usually, percentage should be better than flat numbers for some case but in all case flat number are better for health.

    i don't know why percentage should be better, it's actually almost always worse, not just with health.

    Offense percentage are better on EP because he has a huge special offense.
