Well, I tried the channels of ' customer supposed support ' ..2 days and no reply.First time I ever bothered and know why I won't again!There have been numerous times I have spent purple gems in order to make the required 600 energy spent and never get the promised credit for reaching said goal!! If you are not gonna own up and givethe reward.... take it off the daily activities!! How 'bout that!!! I shouldn't have to try and reach the unresponsive support to collect the reward anyway..and it seems they are pretty useless.Thank you and good night....

It's not 600 your supposed to get, it's 600 energy you have to spend. And the daily reward, which changes in amount...has not been credited ANYWHERE!!

There is no reward. Your Guild gets 600 guild bank coins but, there's no personal reward.

I don't think you understand, those aren't guild credits. Those are the coins you use to open raids

Yes, exactly that and I want them when we earn them. We get it...we just aren't getting it...lol
We have been playing for a year, we have gotten them before, just not lately even when it shows we have completed the daily activity. But, thanks.

I don't think they hit your guild bank until your daily reset time. Midnight/1AM.

Thanks, tried that cuz I think your right but this is the third time and it never went anywhere within any days...just won't be spending crystals to make that 600 mark...so it just sucks to spend crystals for our guild trying to reach the raid mark...and not get credited :(
