Do you only have so many mods to go around? That sounds counter-intuitive.
If you mean high speed ones (20+), then yes. Also have to work around mod sets/ set bonuses too.
Gotcha, that's too bad. Though I don't have that many 20+ speed mods either. You sure you can't get those 4 toons above 270? I really just focused on Health and Speed. Several of them had mismatched mods.
