I used basically the same squad to solo phase 3 Heroic ATT today. However instead of Chief Nebit I use R2D2. Also my guys are gear 11 or 12. R2 stealth buff reduces counter attack damage and the aoe fire is helpful for the trash droids. Also the fire debuff reduces evasion so your TM reduction guys don't miss.
