Platoon Requirements
Looking for a dev response about whether or not non-FTP characters, new ewoks, tie reaper, falcon, are going to be required for platoons again or if this issue was fixed? @CG_Kozispoon

Not convinced that's the reason. Hoth is a Rebel Territory Battle so we need Rebels and other Light Side characters from the original trilogy the most.
I'm sure there will eventually be something similar to a Geonosis Territory Battle where we need Jedi and Clones more than the Rebels.
Except Rogue One characters really have nothing to do with the Battle of Hoth....all of them died before then. Phoenix Squad had nothing to do with that battle...same for Lando and Lobot. The mere fact that they were Rebels at some point is a very loose association with the Battle of Hoth....and characters like Ugnaught and Coruscant Underworld Policeman aren't Rebels and they show up far more frequently than other non-Rebels characters. It's been the M.O. of this game for a long time to try to force players to farm little used characters and/or pay for non-farmable characters (such as with the CLS and Thrawn events).
They're Rebels. The Territory Battle has the title Rebel Hoth. Check out the name of this very sub-forum.
And I did say "other Light Side character from the original trilogy", e.g. Lobot.
If we get Territory Battle: Separatist Geonosis, I would expect to see Zam Wessell as a character needed for Platoons because she's a Dark Side character from that era.
