Please Address Guild Gear Requests

In WoW, they have guild vaults that you can put whatever in, and guild leaders can set the access limits for members. Really helps the guilds spread the wealth to improve balance on their raid teams. Also really helps players leveling up alternates (alts), which would be new toons in this game.

Alts are the reason they shouldn't do this...

Please fix this issue. There's no reason we shouldn't be able to request any gear item and there's no reason the min amount of Rancor gear shouldn't be 5. I understand the limit when Rancor & Gear Requests were newer but I feel we've passed that point given the sheer number of toons we're expected to gear.... and I won't even get into modding those same toons..

This is very much a top down view. The limits are there because there are still new people and new guild that were in the position we were in a while back.

There's still the same number of toons and gear requirements tho so I don't see this as a viable argument. I can't imagine trying to start this game these days with everything there is to work on

Edit: and I'm far from the top

Not sure why lower level players need to progress significantly faster than they already are considering they're grouped with similarly developed players in most phases of the game (arena, GW, even raids to a certain extent).
