grand admiral command: thrawn's AI checks if there are any debuffed allies, if there's any it checks again for the lowest health+protection ally and swaps tm with them even if they're not debuffed. I know that the AI doesn't have to be smart but that's really dumb, and can be easily fixed to target the lowest hp/prot DEBUFFED ally.
