Please Help, 13.33m Account Hacked. Need Assistance

My Account has been hacked. i wasnt able to log in through my pc client as theyve took it off idk how & changed the ea account. I am however able to sign in through my phone but they keep logging me out.

I do have my player ID, Also Ally code is 373-824-573 CG_Meathead​
