Plo Koon Rework Idea
Here is the rework idea for Plo Koon, an expert pilot and general of the Wolfpack Clone Troopers.

Description: Tough Jedi Tank that punishes enemies for having Stealth and Foresight, and controls the battlefield through Turn Meter gain.

Deal physical damage to target enemy and dispel all buffs on them. For each buff dispelled, Plo Koon gains 5% Turn Meter. If the target had no buffs, Plo gains Defense Up for 3 turns instead.
Special: Force Judgement (Cooldown 4) (Omega):

Deal special damage to all enemies and inflict Offense Down for 3 turns. If any enemies had Stealth, deal bonus damage equal to 10% of their Max Health.
Special: Take Charge (Cooldown 4) (Omega):

All allies gain Defense Up and Tenacity Up for 3 turns, and 30% Turn Meter. Clone Trooper and Jedi allies have their cooldowns reduced by 1. In addition, Plo Koon Taunts for 3 turns.
Leader: Overwatch (Zeta):

Clone Trooper allies have +15% Offense, and gain 10% Turn Meter whenever they attack out of turn. Jedi allies have +20% Tenacity, and +20 Defense. At the start of each ally's turn, they have a 40% chance to remove Stealth from a random enemy, doubled if the ally is Galactic Republic.
-Zeta: Whenever Stealth is removed from an enemy, that enemy takes damage equal to 5% of their Max Health, and has a 50% chance to lose all Turn Meter.

Plo Koon's attacks ignore Stealth and Foresight. Whenever Plo Koon attacks an enemy with Stealth or Foresight, he dispels the buff, and gains 20% Turn Meter. In addition, Plo Koon has +10% Tenacity for each Galactic Republic Jedi ally, and +20% Counter Chance for each Clone Trooper ally.
