This. Raid gear hardly ever drops from raids. You have to buy it. I think the raid game experience could improve a lot if you could get rare raid gear from the raid. Right now, the only tangible benefit from this twice/thrice a week activity is shards. Once you complete the toon, there the is no incentive to participate.
