Possible work around for 1k gems bug

so i had the same issue everyone else has had (closed the pop-up) but i believe I found a possible way for some ppl to get them:

when u enter the game and get any pop up click on it

then hit the back button and go to the home screen

u should have ur crystals waiting!

also I've done this on 3 different accounts but it ISNT proven so this may work but i cant promise...
