Power Outage
So the power went out in my area for a day and a half for 150,000 people, meaning I missed a daily login. Is there anything I can do or am I out of luck for the chopper shards

I am pretty sure that the people who missed out on the January reward due to not restarting on the 1st didn't get anything. That was more in the control of the devs and they didn't do anything, so I'm pretty sure your out of luck.
