I don't think the OP understands that setting a weak team for defense will do nothing to help yourself get anywhere in the tourney. It will only help others trample all over your weak defense for an easy gain. CG did away with leapfrogging exploits in tourneys.
Unless the OP is calling for everyone to set their defense teams to the weakest team so it becomes exclusively an offense slog fest. Well, more so than it already is anyway.
