Pre crafted gear is an overblown issue. It's a minor thing. Buy furnaces, do raids, get caught up. Doesn't take long to gear up your arena squad.
(Full disclosure: I had exactly one piece of pre craft that I used on QGJ who I don't often use in arena)
I respectfully disagree. I buy a furnace everytime I see one on shipments. I have completed 15 raids three t7's, and I finish in the to 15 in a top 50 guild.
Two days ago I just got Rey to great 10. All my other arena toons are gear nine and that's worth new buying gear.
Conversely, in that same time span people who either pre-crafted or originally had lower gear then me to begin with, at least in the top fifteen on my server, have their toons leveled to gear 10 or for some gear 11.
