2) allow the ability to scroll or page back through older gear levels on characters, so you can see and click into gear pieces at older levels to craft them.
3) re-cost the scrap recipes so that salvage price of all gear pieces equals the cost of a fully crafted item.
I'm currently able to craft this gear, but it should be available to everyone.
3. As mentioned before, is really the only solution that is logical. The other two are complex fixes to what is ultimately a simple problem (incorrectly valued salvage). They both would require development time when none needs to exist. A simple value update is the preferred solution (at least from an IT perspective). Unfortunately, If I know my EA, this will end up with the value of the full pieces being lowered rather than the salvage items being raised.
