Preliminary data on Reva Streams

one of the things that may distinguish when she's viable and when she's not is whether a player is willing to stream.

She creates new concerns, for sure. If your player isn't ready to handle those concerns on their own AND they're not willing to stream, I doubt you'll have good results.

3 toons stunned right out the gate, after weeks of remodding, youtube vids, after winning shards constantly. Does CG realize that a prerequisite of a game is being fun?

Unless by that time the RotE map has changed such that that planet and mission no longer exist

I had 3 stuns (9 8 5) and still won comfortably.

This doesn't really address the TB situation, which is different. And the Reva mission is different still. Remember that 2S is a hero toon in TB, which converts every action she takes into an AoE for 2% of her health, which is great in some circumstances, but is terrible against Jawas b/c it becomes a Tsunami of thermals.

These things are somewhat manageable with modding and strategy, but 8B has the option of not doing an AoE if that turns out to be necessary. 2S does not. Which means bad RNG can't force 8B into picking up 10-12 thermal, but it can force 2S into doing that.

Again, the situation will not occur in most runs, which can lead people to think that 2S is great if that never affects your personal run. But over many runs the weakness will be exposed.

Is her strong first special so much of an advantage that it outweighs those times when she stacks thermals on herself and 7S (who will also get them b/c of the 7S assist)?

This is a legit open question until we get good data across many, many runs.
