prestige tokens and capital ships question

How many prestige tokens does it require to fully max all abilities for a capital ship? Trying to decide how many to bank. Thanks!

For some reason I was thinking it was just Level.

So you could have a 3* Ship that has all 8 levels as long as its up at L85.

For regular old shippy-ships most abilities are based on level. Your pilot's ability is based on their gear level, and the final level of your reinforcement ability requires 5*.

But for Capital ships, all your abilities EXCEPT for the pilot ability is based on stars. The pilot ability is still based on gear.
