Probably beating a dead horse, but here we go.

I completely agree. As someone who as been playing for 10 months. I took an inventory of how the game was played, devised strategies to make the best early game teams that would yield be the best returns, and executed. Now...the goal posts have been moved. Events are here one day, and gone the next. This is in direct reference to Forest Moon. That one went completely against me. Now, one that has gone in my favor was the Executor P1 lift. I can sympathize with the Levy and Profundity people who just saw their year(s) long farms, become normalized. It has really made me think hard about strategizing a year long farm just for CG to move the goal posts again and pretty much invalidate my work. I completely understand power creep. That's part of every game like this, but when you start changing the basic fundamentals of the game, its really going to dissuade players from spending money. It will also quell new players from sticking with the game if once solid foundations and events were change/removed/etc.

I agree with you and the OP. The OP perfectly named and described the most significant issues nowadays and even gave a solution or two wherever they could. Aside from maybe a year off during its infancy stage, I've been playing this game almost since launch. There are only two things that still motivate me to play it with the way things are going - my guildmates and Star Wars. And honestly, even I'm starting to question whether or not I should just quit. The more recent changes and additions aren't exactly in agreement with my emotional health - the RNG fest that is the Naboo raid, ridiculously overpowered DCs (especially first-time-only ones, e.g., Great Mothers, Baylan), the truckload of new marquees required for new/upcoming JG toons, Levi mirrors, constant bugs, higher and higher event requirements, lack of actual communication, you name it.
