I agree with everything said. I would not add anything to it. Either the devs will listen to some of our concerns or things will continue to go towards a negative direction and not sure I would be playing a year from now.
I agree with you and the OP. The OP perfectly named and described the most significant issues nowadays and even gave a solution or two wherever they could. Aside from maybe a year off during its infancy stage, I've been playing this game almost since launch. There are only two things that still motivate me to play it with the way things are going - my guildmates and Star Wars. And honestly, even I'm starting to question whether or not I should just quit. The more recent changes and additions aren't exactly in agreement with my emotional health - the RNG fest that is the Naboo raid, ridiculously overpowered DCs (especially first-time-only ones, e.g., Great Mothers, Baylan), the truckload of new marquees required for new/upcoming JG toons, Levi mirrors, constant bugs, higher and higher event requirements, lack of actual communication, you name it.
