Problem with gift
Hello, Support Team!
I encountered a problem with the gift system. I purchased several gifts for my guild members, but after more than two days they still haven’t received them. Instead, the gifts were delivered to my own account, and I ended up with characters I didn’t intend to buy — Darth Malgus and Ben Solo.
I spent around $80 on these packs, but as a result:
- My guildmates never received their gifts.
- The gifts were credited to my account, even though I don’t need these characters.

Please investigate this issue. If it’s not possible to transfer the gifts to the intended recipients, I kindly request a refund.
