I bought the conquest + pass but proving grounds is not available for me. Please advise or refund my money

Where do I go to do that? I need to. Whole reason I bought the pass was for the extra attempts

I think someone else may have started a thread for it, but you can pile on with a me too just to add to the other reports. The more reports the sooner they’ll likely get to it.
