Proving grounds locked?

Can someone check this, in events there is Proving grounds event but i have it locked.
Why? I played proving grounds before...

It so dark that it is hard to see, i checked that and i think it is for players who bought conquest pass plus. It starts day before finish of conquest. So there is no problem..
