PSA- Shipment Items moved, beware! [MERGE]

Really? I just looked, and there is no mention of moving the 4 credit options to different locations.

New Offers in Shipments
We are updating the slots in some areas of the Shipments screen to include additional offers based on player level.

Apparently “updating the slots” means moving the credit options to a different location in CG language.

I'm quick to call CG out when something like this happens, but I just did this exact same thing and their customer support has me reimbursed pretty quickly

And again, it's not even the first time they've done this. They do it every couple years or so. Is it on purpose? Or do they just suck really bad? Could go either way.

They moved the credit gear from the bottom of the list to the top as a QoL (back when they did QoL). No doubt this is intentional.

And since they have done that, they have previously "accidentally" moved them away from the top of the list before. It could be intentional, but probably it's just another symptom of their terrible coding and branching strategies.

I suppose it's possible, but when they added gear to the Squad Arena Store, it was added at the bottom. But to your point, pretty much anything can be explained by... less than stellar coding and management.

Honestly, I don't even understand how the developers lack basic common sense, or as others have said, if its done purposefully to trick players into spending crystals. Why would you add shipments that cost crystals to the top of the shipment tab which for the last year (at least) has had the first 4 items only cost credits, without some advance explicit notice? Is there any logical explanation for that other than stupidity or intentional wrongdoing?

I wonder if it depends on the customer service rep you get? I complained in the App and they have told me in-game purchases are final, but they may refund one of the purchases (which so far they have not done). Hopefully at least it will be the 1280 one, not the 320 one lol

this is an incredibly sneaky move, and actually quite disgraceful, considering that the gold purchases have always been at the top of the shipments.

CG should announce these changes if they are going to make them.
