No one should point fingers at Doja, Crumb, Ultra, or Obama. They’ve acknowledged the issue is being researched. It’s not their fault the decision makers are taking this long.
The people who need to be held accountable are the ones at the top dragging their feet and allowing issues like this to linger for so long unaddressed.
They need to reevaluate their priorities. Continuing to make people question their investments and not hear any response doesn’t help drive future sales, in addition to being terrible customer service.
