Doja said that he was looking into it for us, but he wouldn’t have anything until next week….that was on March 4th, almost 3 weeks ago. Now he’s gone, it gives CG the perfect reason to ignore this, which is why I bumped it.

No one should point fingers at Doja, Crumb, Ultra, or Obama. They’ve acknowledged the issue is being researched. It’s not their fault the decision makers are taking this long.

The people who need to be held accountable are the ones at the top dragging their feet and allowing issues like this to linger for so long unaddressed.

They need to reevaluate their priorities. Continuing to make people question their investments and not hear any response doesn’t help drive future sales, in addition to being terrible customer service.

I've been trying to get them to answer this themselves

but doja left so we'll see if i can get the new community manager to answer at the time of the next chase start or not (if/when that happens) or sooner

Yes, I’d like CG to respond. The phrase “better late than never” comes to mind.

Bonus shards would indeed be nice, but first and foremost I’d like an explanation.

Maybe Echelon will get nerfed, or Exec will get an anti-Echelon buff… but idk how you could nerf the StarFortress out of what use it has.

Is this why Doja left? So he didn't need to post an answer? :)
