Exactly! And, have missed out on higher tiers of contra cargo, assault battle, fleet arena payout, etc due to imbalance for early players who were lucky enough to be eligible versus those not and it just keeps compounding. Even if they offer some recompense it will probably just go to everyone as I doubt they can separate who was wrongly marked ineligible and would have been gifted bundles. And, worse, they're alienating exactly the type of new player they want to keep in the game that have gotten just invested enough to want to spend on it. We're here complaining because we like this game and want it to do well. And response is nothing. Such a needless destruction of goodwill.
