I think that It was made to help the guilds to grow up(like loyal players).
This isn’t true as a member of my guild has 170k guild tokens and 160k raid tokens and cannot be gifted to however people who have less can be gifted. Seems like CG have just messed up big with something and waiting till the weekend is over to fix, very annoying.
