Punishing One Marquee Mess

Hey CG,

The way you’ve designed this ship marquee is a hot mess. Why are the big packs only accessible in pop up format? I clicked through the pop-up and didn’t buy so that I could start the event first. Then when I went to get a pack in the store these large 10-12x packs were not there. I then logged into the webstore and only the 1x pack was there (not even the 5x). So I went and bought two 5x packs in-game to get the ship to 5* only to have the pop-up resurface AFTER I’d made these two purchases.

This whole marque is confusing and deceptive, and I haven’t even mentioned the lack of omicron pieces in the 30 shard cash pack for $30…

I want a refund on my two 5x packs or an adjustment so it works out the same as the 12x pack in terms of crystal spend per card pull.

I doubt I’m the only one who will be in this circumstance. Not having the 10x and 12x packs in either the in-game or webstore is just wrong. Fix your mess!

+1 player that cannot get an advertisement to appear when I want to see it. It’s frustrating, I get pop ups for all sort of shard packs for toons that are 7-star yet I cannot get the pop up for a new ship to appear. I want to spend but you won’t let me.

With the pop-up, one is 10X packs and the other is 12X? I don't see a description, just the crystal cost.

Come one, CG. I got the pop-up once when logging in for shipments refresh; I didn't have time to think about the Marquee yet. I got another one, somewhere, but I still hadn't even started the event or seen any reviews of the ship. And now I just can't get the discount anymore?

Guess I'll just keep saving my crystals ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I thought the same thing, but then I looked in the store and found it there. It's there.

It's showing them in the store. I do agree about the pop-ups being annoying with no costs given and being predatory tho.

All this does is just guarantee I won’t spend anymore money on events. Especially with the lack of response from CG. Pretty disappointed in CG.
