Purchased finalizer bundle 2 never received

I purchased the finalizer bundle 2 on 15/10/2025 and never received I followed the instructions given waited 24 hours restored purchases and then logged the case waited until today 19/10/2025 and was told gems where given as compensation and the case is closed 

I will attach my details and hope someone from EA can resolve this if not I will just go to my bank and advise them it’s a fraudulent transaction 

I would much prefer to get the LSB instead of all this mess about
