Would be a really nice addition! Since we have an journey guide, it would make sense to add a new glossary tab to the guide, with all the buffs and debuffs. And maybe all units that can inflict/use said buffs/debuffs (since conquest feats are making it necessary to use specific buffs...)
But since it's QoL it's probably a pipe dream.
