First, the quest rewards are terrible. I'm fairly sure I'll never finish even one, but I'm leaving Sith Agent open b/c who knows, right? I abandoned Jedi. It's worse than worthless. But in general...

Luckily sith is still meta and you can easily win 5 arena battles and not drop rank, in fact you can still take 1st with 5 sith. Palp lead, vader, sion, nihilus and trooper do the job just fine. You can even do it with assassin. No need for ventress at all.
Also, having ventress at gear 12 is never a bad thing. She's amazing in 2 raids and TB/TW.
