Question about Nihilus's drain force ability
It says for each cooldown increased reduce annihilates cooldown by 1. So say if you use it on just palpatine, does that reduce annihilate by 1 or 2 since palpatine has 2 specials?

They were nice to clarify, but he can only reduce one per person.
So in the case of Palp, he reduces the cooldown by 1, but will increase each ability by 1.
